Make sure when you are arranging a gardener that you do not put yourself at risk! We specialise in providing gardeners for elderly, disabled and vulnerable people who may need assistance in their garden.
Many of our clients are elderly or disabled and we're experienced and able to deal with any additional needs they may have in a sensitive and supportive way.
We garden for housebound customers and are familiar with the keycode system.
We also have customers with altzeimers and other memory issues and can arrange a telephone call to remind them that their gardener is coming.
We recognise that some of our customers find it confusing sometimes to manage their finance and make payments directly to the gardener after each visit.
For these customers, we are very happy to arrange to send a monthly invoice to a relative, personal assistant or social care department who can then arrange to pay us direct.
We take a lot of time recruiting our gardeners/handymen to ensure they are the right type of person to look after our customers well.
They are kind, friendly, helpful, caring people who want to do a good job for our customers, give value for money and a garden/home you can be proud of.
To ensure your safety, we pay for our gardeners/handymen to be police security checked through the Disclosure and Barring Service DBS (the new name for the Criminal Reference Bureau CRB) to ensure they are approved to work with vulnerable adults.
